Every day the card shows the readings of the Orthodox lectionary, a short note on them — a daily note from the team at OCABS.ORG, drawing on the published works of Fr. Paul Nadim Tarazi, with citations to his books and lectures — the day’s root pair from the Consolation of Consonants, and a play button for the audio. It takes its typeface and colors from your page. Paste the two lines below where you want it.
These only change the preview, to show how the card follows the page around it.
Nothing is loaded from your visitors' browsers except this card's own text and audio from ocabs.org.
Clicking "Read the whole note, with its citations, at ocabs.org" opens the day’s note over your page, with every citation, the sources, and the audio, and a close button. Visitors stay where they are. Set it to open in a new tab instead if you prefer.
WordPress: a Custom HTML block. Squarespace: a Code block. Wix: an Embed HTML element. A hand-written page: anywhere in the body. The card fills the width it is given and grows to fit its own text, so there is no height to set.
Use the framed version instead. It needs a fixed height:
